Gracie Jiu Jitsu
Gracie Jiu Jitsu is the self defense method that was pioneered by the late Grandmaster Helio Gracie. Grandmaster Helio developed a method of training that allows a person to successfully defend themselves against another person regardless of size or weight discrepancies. Based on the principles of leverage, timing and preserve our energy , in order to defend yourself and defeat larger opponents. We train our students in practical self-defense techniques that allow efficient use of one's energy in defending themselves, while forcing attackers to waste energy we are preserving our own energy. Students are trained to end fights through achieving control of an attacker and applying a joint lock, choke hold, or escaping the attack.

Free Online Access & Satellite Training Privileges
Once enrolled in one of our programs the student will receive access Gracie University this provides the student with study material complementary to the training in our Certified Training Center. The site is accessible 24 hours a day and the lessons can be viewed even from a mobile device.

In addition, all active students have the privilege of being received for regular classes at no additional cost in any Certified Training Center under Gracie University around the world. The student will receive credit for all classes held at any CEC upon returning home.
