Amos is a fantastic teacher and extremely generous with his time, ensuring that everyone leaves class feeling confident and with a good understanding of the techniques. He has established a great culture and everyone there is easy to train with.

As for the techniques themselves, they are really fun to learn and the context for performing each move is always made clear. The way the curriculum is structured means that once you attend a few classes you will see how they all fit together, meaning that once you finish the course you will be able to transition from one position to the next with ease.
